and operations. His career in Pakistan Army, culminating in the rank
of Brigadier and international assignments with the United Nations
have honed his abilities to navigate complex challenges with
precision, foresight and strategic acumen.
He has consistently demonstrated excellence in problem-solving, leadership
development and conflict resolution. He excels in corporate management and
administrative leadership, bringing a structured yet adaptive approach to team building, logistics and policy formulation. With hands-on experience in multicultural and international settings, he bridges the gap between military precision and corporate needs through operational efficiency and innovation.

individual with a wide ranged exposure in Pakistan’s power sector –
IPPs (including experience of two major power policies), energy and natural resources (ENI sector), renewable energy (RE sector) and professional services sector. He has been trained at one of the Big Four Professional
Servies Firm – KPMG Taseer Hadi & Co (a member firm of KPMG Intl) and perseveres to achieve results and possesses excellent communication skills combined with the ability
to relate well to people at all levels. At present, he is managing a portfolio of three companies of Fauji Group namely Foundation Power Company Daharki Limited (FPCDL – a 180 MW CCPP), Fauji Kabirwala Power Company Limited (FKPCL – a 157 MW CCPP) and Foundation Solar
Energy Pvt Limited (FSEL – Solar Energy company) as Group Chief Financial Officer and serving as a Board Member on the Board of Management of Fongas (Fauji Group flagship project in energy – LPG sector). He holds professional memberships of Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW), Association of Chartered Certified Accounts (ACCA-UK) and Institute of
Certified Public Accountants of Pakistan (ICPAP) and is a member in good standing.
