Mr. Syed Bakhtiyar Kazmi is a fellow chartered accountant with over 35 years of experience in a diverse range of sectoral and functional strata within national and regional economies. He has been associated with different sectors like Banking & Finance, Manufacturing, Exploration and Production, Construction, Telecom, Hospitality, Aviation and Public Sector where he held different positions during mergers, acquisitions and expansions. He has held key positions in areas of Taxation, re-organization and re-structuring, audits, capacity  building and due diligence.

Currently, he’s on board of various FF group companies like Fauji Fertilizer Comp. Ltd., Fauji Cement Comp. Ltd., Mari Petroleum, Fauji Foods Ltd., Foundation Solar Energy Ltd., FAP, Askari Cement Ltd., FTTL and etc
