FPCDL operates in all parts of its organizational functionalities keeping safety as its top priority. The company has adopted relevant guidelines of the industry to ensure the safety of both men and material deployed at the plant site. FPCDL is committed to building a safe and healthy workforce that contributes towards the business growth and sustainability. It has a proactive approach to achieve zero harm and making endeavors to align itself with internationally recognized Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Management Systems. FPCDL since 2016 holds an impeccable safety record and in NEPRA since 2020 top 4th ranking among 157 IPPS. It is worthy to note that entire project execution was achieved without any Lost Time Injury (LTI) thus showing our shear commitment towards personnel safety. FPCDL strongly encourages its employees to carry the safe working mindset beyond the workplace and into their homes and communities.
Training & Development

For sustainable optimized performance and continuous improvement, FPCDL allocates yearly budget for the training and development of its Human Resource. Moreover, FPCDL is utilizing in-house Training Need Analysis (TNA) based program which determines the training and professional development needs and provides opportunities to its employees. The program has cross‐functional trainings for the availability of multi-skilled people. In order to upgrade the technical capabilities, different national and international certification programs are also offered to FPCDL employees.
